Dormammu to be Doctor Strange Toon Foe

The Lord of the Dark Dimension will be the villain in the upcoming animated movie.

Dormammu, Lord of the Dark Dimension and father of love interest Clea, will face off against Doctor Strange in the upcoming animated movie, according to Comics Continuum.

"Doctor Strange is the fourth film in the Marvel/Lionsgate direct-to-video series, following two Ultimate Avengers movies and an Iron Man movie. It will likely be released in late 2006 or early 2007," the site says.

It's possible Baron Mordo will also appear since the movie is going to be an origin story, like Iron Man's film.

Frank Paur (X-Men: Evolution, Spawn: The Animation) is producing from a script by Greg Johnson who is working on new Wolverine and X-Men animated series for television.
